Alas Oven

The blue salt color looks so much nicer in person than on screen, and the mats lie perfectly flat on my sheet pan with zero curling at the edges. Cleanup is just a quick rinse under warm water, even after roasting sticky vegetables at high heat.

I was skeptical about switching from parchment paper, but these mats have completely changed how I bake. The silicone surface is so non-stick that even melted cheese slid right off the tray, and cleanup took less than a minute. They're sturdy enough for roasting veggies every single night.

The Char color fits my kitchen so well, and I love that it’s reusable—I’ve already used it for three baking sessions and it just wipes clean. It’s thin enough to slide right onto the rack, which makes roasting veggies a breeze.
