Wajan Griddle Mini

I was skeptical a mini pan could handle a full breakfast, but this quarter-sized griddle fits perfectly on my small counter and cooks eggs and toast without sticking at all. The nonstick surface truly makes cleanup a two-second wipe, which is a game-changer for my cramped kitchen.

The nonstick surface is genuinely flawless—eggs slide right off with zero oil, and it fits perfectly in my tiny apartment oven. I've used it as both a sheet pan and a griddle for weekend pancakes, and cleanup takes about ten seconds.

This tiny pan has completely replaced my big sheet pan for weekday dinners—it heats up fast and the nonstick surface means my eggs slide right off. I love that it does double duty as a griddle for grilled cheese, and it takes up barely any room in my cabinet.
