Finally, a platter that does the work for me. I flipped my maqluba onto the serving dish without a single grain of rice escaping, and the wide rim gave my hands a solid grip the whole time.
The 180° flip is genuinely effortless—the platter's balance is so well thought out that my tahdig came out perfectly crisp on both sides without breaking. I've already used it for maqluba twice and it handled the whole dish without a wobble.
First time I flipped my tahdig without a single crack or rice scatter, I actually laughed out loud — the platter’s built‑in lip keeps everything centered while you turn it. It’s the only add‑on in my kitchen that makes maqluba feel like a party trick instead of a gamble, and cleanup’s a breeze too.
