Kolstål Wok

The flat bottom sits perfectly on my electric coil stove, no wobble at all, and the nitrided surface has held up through a month of daily stir-fries without a hint of rust. It gets screaming hot fast and cleans up with just a quick rinse and wipe.

Finally, a wok that doesn't turn into a rusted mess after one wash — the super-nitrided finish really does its job. The 13-inch flat bottom sits perfectly on my stove and sears veggies with a great char.

The nitrided finish is a game-changer for me, I’ve used carbon steel before but this one hasn’t shown a speck of rust after weeks of nightly stir-fries. The flat bottom sits perfectly on my electric coil burner, and the searing on it is just beautiful, food releases clean every time.
