Gietijzeren grillplaat

The enameled surface is a breeze to wipe down after searing steaks, and that cast iron holds heat like a champ for a proper crust. I've used it three times this week already, and the char marks come out exactly like the pictures.

The char finish looks sharp sitting on my stovetop, but the real win is how evenly this pan sears everything from chicken thighs to veggie slices. I've used it three times this week and the enameled surface still wipes clean with barely any effort, which honestly surprised me for a cast iron piece.

The enameled surface makes cleanup almost too easy—a quick wipe and it looks brand new. Steaks come off with that deep, crusty sear I usually only get at restaurants, and the Char color blends nicely with my other cookware. Only wish it came in a larger size for when I’m cooking for company.
