The chef’s knife has become my go-to for everything from dicing onions to breaking down a whole chicken, and it keeps its edge way longer than my old set. The serrated one handles crusty bread without crushing it, which is honestly a game changer for my morning toast routine.
The serrated blade glides through a ripe tomato without crushing it, which is honestly the first time that’s happened in my kitchen. The chef’s knife handles my weekly onion and pepper prep without any wobble, so the whole trio covers what I actually cook.
The chef’s knife feels solid in my hand and handles everything from onions to root veggies without me having to switch tools. The serrated one is my backup for softer stuff, but honestly I’ve grabbed the trio for nearly every meal this week.
