Trio de moules de cuisson

I’ve used the trio for roasting a chicken and baking a sheet cake in the same weekend, and both turned out evenly cooked. The griddle piece is the one I grab most mornings for toast and eggs.

My old sheet pan was warped beyond use, so I grabbed this trio for the everyday stuff. The griddle's surface is perfect for searing veggies before they go in to roast, and having the three sizes means I'm not juggling dishes mid-recipe.

Roasting a whole chicken and baking a sheet of veggies at the same time worked out perfectly with this trio, and the griddle piece handled pancakes without sticking. The pieces feel solid and clean up faster than my old pans, which is a win for weeknight cooking.
