Poêle Always Duo

Having both sizes out at once means I can sear a steak in the big one while the smaller one handles the sauce, and cleanup is just two quick washes. The weight feels well-balanced and the handles stay cool even on high heat, which I wasn't expecting.

The smaller pan is perfect for solo lunches while the larger one handles a full family dinner, and both heat evenly without any hotspots. I've used them for everything from searing to simmering, and cleanup is genuinely quick since nothing sticks.

Having both sizes out at once is an absolute game-changer for meal prep, the larger one handles a whole chicken while the smaller simmers the sauce without taking up extra burner space. The pans feel substantial and the pairing covers every weeknight task I throw at it.
