Uusi suosikkityökalusi: Höyrytyskori tekee kasviksista, jotka eivät koskaan muutu mössöksi, täydellisesti kypsennetystä kalasta, mureista nyytistä ja tuoreista tamaleista – lista jatkuu. Se asettuu vaivattomasti Always Pan -pannuun, istuen napakasti lastan päälle ja sulkien höyryn sisään. Puhumattakaan siitä, että siivoaminen on helppoa.
Bonuksena: Jokaisen höyrytyskorin mukana tulee sarja bambuisia ruokapuikkoja ja 15 paperista leivinpaperia.
The basket fits so snugly into the pan that it barely wobbles, and my fish came out flaky instead of soggy for the first time in weeks. I've been using it nightly for tamales and the cleanup is just a quick rinse.
Steamed some dumplings last night and they came out perfectly tender without a single soggy spot. The basket fits so snugly in my pan that it doesn't wobble even when I'm juggling other dishes.
I’ve used this steamer basket almost every day since it arrived, and the way it fits snugly in the pan means no wobbling even when it’s loaded with dumplings. The fish came out flaky and moist in about ten minutes, zero sogginess. It’s honestly replaced my old metal steamer for good.
