Perfekter Schmortopf-Bratrost

I was skeptical about how well it would hold a heavy roast, but the even heat circulation really did make a difference—my chuck roast came out tender edge to edge. Also nice that I can flip it over and use it as a steamer basket for veggies without buying a second gadget.

The 2-in-1 design is genius—I used it as a roasting rack for a whole chicken and the even heat circulation meant no soggy spots, and the cleanup was a breeze since it fits right into my pot.

The 2-in-1 design is exactly what I needed—I used it as a roasting rack for a chicken and then flipped it over for steaming broccoli right after. It fits my pot perfectly and the juices drip away cleanly, which makes cleanup a breeze.
