The set's dual-purpose design means I can roast veggies on the rack while the griddle catches drips underneath, saving me a second pan to wash. It's made my weeknight sheet-pan dinners noticeably less fiddly, and the pieces feel sturdy enough for daily use. I'm genuinely impressed with how much more

The griddle pan slides right into the rack and they lock together so nothing shifts when I pull a heavy roast out. I've used them for sheet-pan dinners and breakfast hash, and the combo genuinely saves me a second oven slot.

The griddle surface is nice and smooth, so I can slide a spatula under pancakes without any sticking. I love that the rack and pan stack together, which means I can roast veggies below while something bakes above without juggling two separate trays.
