Perfekt stegerist + Perfekt gryde

The rack has a nice heft to it, so it doesn't wobble when I lift the whole pot out to rest the meat. Cleanup is a breeze since the ceramic surface wipes down fast, and the lid fits tight enough that my stews come out perfectly tender every time.

The roasting rack sits snugly inside the pot, so lifting out a heavy roast is actually easy without any wobble. I’ve used it three times this week and the ceramic interior cleans up with just a quick soak, even after sticky braises. Genuinely the most used thing in my kitchen right now.

The rack fits so snugly into the pot that it doesn’t wobble at all, even when I’m lifting out a heavy roast. I’ve put it through three Sunday dinners this month and the ceramic interior still looks brand new, no staining from browned bits.
