Vaše nová oblíbená pomůcka: Náš parní košík ze smrkového dřeva zajistí, že zelenina nikdy nebude rozvařená, ryby budou dokonale uvařené, knedlíky jemné a tamales čerstvé – a to zdaleka není vše. Zasunete ho do pánve Always Pan, kde pohodlně sedí na stěrce a udržuje páru uvnitř. A čištění? Hračka.
Bonus: Každý parní košík je dodáván se sadou bambusových jídelních hůlek a 15 papírovými vložkami.
The basket fits so snugly into the pan that it barely wobbles, and my fish came out flaky instead of soggy for the first time in weeks. I've been using it nightly for tamales and the cleanup is just a quick rinse.
Steamed some dumplings last night and they came out perfectly tender without a single soggy spot. The basket fits so snugly in my pan that it doesn't wobble even when I'm juggling other dishes.
I’ve used this steamer basket almost every day since it arrived, and the way it fits snugly in the pan means no wobbling even when it’s loaded with dumplings. The fish came out flaky and moist in about ten minutes, zero sogginess. It’s honestly replaced my old metal steamer for good.
