The grooved handle really does guide your fingers naturally — even with wet hands I never felt like it might slip. The German steel holds its edge beautifully through a whole bag of apples.
I've had this paring knife for a few weeks now and it's become my go-to for hulling strawberries and trimming green beans. The full-tang blade feels solid and balanced in my hand, and the sharpness hasn't dulled at all despite daily use.
The grooved handle is a game-changer—my fingers don't slip even when they're wet from rinsing berries. It's made quick work of hulling strawberries and trimming green beans, and the full-tang construction gives it a reassuring heft for such a small tool.
