I’ve had this knife for two weeks and it’s already my go-to for bagels and heirloom tomatoes—the full-tang blade feels solid in my hand, no wobble at all. Even the crustiest sourdough loaf comes out with clean slices instead of crushed crumbs.
Tomatoes that used to squish sideways under my old knife finally slice into clean, even rounds. The full-tang blade gives it a nice, balanced weight that makes cutting through a crusty baguette feel almost effortless.
This knife glides through a ripe tomato like it’s nothing, and the full-tang blade feels reassuringly balanced in my hand. The serrated edge made short work of a crusty sourdough loaf this morning without crushing it. I’m honestly a little amazed at how effortless slicing has become.
